Well that was a great start! After my first two bets failed to collect, I feared the worst. But Spanish Duke is a lovely horse in the making and won me a nice packet. Another good day at the office, and I will indeed be having a chicken dinner tonight!
I'm going to reinvest a small portion of the winnings into tonights big football match. Barcelona meet Real Madrid for the second time in four days, tonight being the final of the Copa Del Ray. I'm going to have a small bet on Andres Iniesta to score anytime in 90 minutes @ 100/30. He regularly gets himself into goalscoring positions and I've just got a sneaky feeling for him to grab a goal tonight.
My day in general was a lot more hectic than I thought it was going to be. I ended up getting an early wake up call to tell me there was work for me available if I wanted to do it, and in this day and age it'd be rude to turn down a days work. Spanish Duke certainly made the day at work a lot easier to get through!
